Welcome to CutFresh. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Orders

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Delivery

• We currently deliver only within Surat.
• A delivery charge of ₹29 applies, waived on orders above ₹499.
• Delivery timing depends on your location and daily order volume.

Payments

You may pay online via Razorpay or choose Cash on Delivery. Online payments are securely processed by Razorpay.

Cancellations & refunds

• Orders can be cancelled before they enter the "Preparing" stage.
• For prepaid orders that are cancelled in time, refunds are processed to your original payment method.
• If you receive a product that isn't fresh or is damaged, contact us the same day and we'll replace it or refund you.

Product quality

Fresh produce is natural and may vary slightly in size, shape and colour. We do our best to ensure every item meets our freshness standards.
